To L.O.V.E yourself is the beginning of happiness, if we fail to love ourselves, we will not know how to love others. It is psychologically impossible.
When we accept ourselves just the way we are, recognize our strengths and weaknesses, accept for what we are good and for what we are not so good, or just when we realize that some things are not for us as but that there a lot of things that do are for us, there, we are loving yourselves. When you know & love yourself fully, you find your inner strength and peace; you are comfortable in your own skin and you have the confidence you need to trust yourself and achieve what you may propose.

To feel blessed because the sun came out brighter than ever, because of your family, because you realize how wonderful and privileged you are to be who you are, because you’re healthy and above all, because you are surrounded by love. “When there is love, everything is possible.” That’s what our mother says.

Quererse a sí mismo es el principio de la felicidad, si no somos capaces de querernos, no vamos a saber cómo querer a los demás. Es psicológicamente imposible.
Cuando nos aceptamos tal y como somos, reconocemos nuestras fortalezas y debilidades, aceptamos para lo que somos buenos y para lo que depronto no tanto, o simplemente cuando sabemos aceptar que hay cosas que no son para nosotros como hay otras que sí, allí te estas amando a ti mismo. Al amarte, descubres tu fuerza interior, tus capacidades y encuentras dentro de ti la confianza y seguridad que necesitas para saber que puedes lograr lo que te propongas.
Estas fotos fueron tomadas uno de esos días, en donde te dejas llevar por tu instinto confías en tu criterio, en tu gusto y ves como todo fluye. Simplemente disfrutas de estar aquí y ahora, pues es todo lo que tenemos, del sol que salió más brillante que nunca, de tu familia, de tus vacaciones y sobretodo… te das cuenta de lo maravilloso y privilegiado que eres por ser quien eres, tener salud y estar rodeado de amor.
